Nandy A. Wentzel, L.Ac., Dipl.Ac. is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Maryland and nationally board-certified in acupuncture by NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). She earned her acupuncture degree at the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a three-year accredited graduate school of Oriental Medicine and completed post-graduate training at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, China.
Nandy is specialized in the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) towards “anti-aging,” encompassing facial rejuvenation acupuncture, menopausal syndrome and the practice and pursuit of longevity. In fact, Nandy is one of the first and few acupuncturists in our area to offer comprehensive facial rejuvenation acupuncture. In her practice, Nandy skillfully combines classical and modern Chinese Medicine techniques including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, patent herbal medicines, dietary therapy and massage to combat the effects of aging.
